Save button in Widget not working

    Plugin works fine using shortcode on page, but the widget Save button does not save.
    The widget gets added ok and shows as an empty widget with the defaul title “New Title”, you can enter data in the form, but when you press save nothing happens.

    WP 5.1.1 using 2016 theme.

    Hi @rogercreagh,

    This sounds like a plugin conflict. Is this issue occuring in the widgets screen or the Customizer? Does it work in one and not the other?
