    Hi There,

    Everything worked perfectly before few days ago, and suddenly impossible to edit the thumbnail.
    Now it’s impossible to set a gallery in a page or a post, the “save” button not works at all.
    I followed all you said, but still not working (clear cache, desactivate plugins, uninstall and reinstall the plugin, changed version…).

    So “save” button does not work, and galleries not work either, there are not showed at all in the website.

    @kaiza997 – I would suggest, at the least, you start your own topic for the issue you are seeing … or possibly better, you could submit a Bug Report (https://www.nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/) for us to look into this further on your site.

    We will likely need log in and FTP credentials for your WordPress installation as well, please include those in your Bug Report.

    Hi All,

    I am still searching, and I think I found !
    As you’ve suggested I’ve desactivated all the plugins, and yours is working like a charm !
    I thinks the responsible is “wp-members”. This must be update, I hope this will solve the compatibility issues.
    Note that the media gallery works fine too.
    I am still using the last version of your plugin, but only with EN language.
    I’ll keep you posted.

    I confirm what I said before, the issue was caused by wp-members plugin, and update of this solve the problem !
    Now everything is working well.
    I will try by adding your new FR files, and check

    Ok.
    So now I work with the last version with EN language (I confirm, FR files -the native ones- are corrupted).
    It works fine except : this is impossible to edit the thumbnail (no image in the left square).
    I will upload the new FR files right now to see what happen.

    I installed the FR files, it’s OK.
    Only editing the thumbnail is still impossible.

    @hector7 – Have you tried creating new thumbnails for the galleries?

    Look under Gallery > Manage Galleries > click on gallery to edit > select images > choose Create new thumbnails from under the Bulk actions drop-down and click Apply.

    I too am having the same problem.
    It was working when I was at home and updating my blog from my pc, but now I am travelling and using my iPad I can no longer use the save feature.
    I have spent all day trying to resolve this, followed all the advice given above but nothing has worked. I am having to use another gallery, but am missing some of the features of Nextgen.

    Anymore suggestions?
