Save any Chinese and become something else

    Hi
    It’s seems that we can’t use any Chinese as Name or Options. It all become random English and number. How we fix this? Can we do something in the DB to fix this? Like change to the UTF8 in DB?

    Hi @redbazil,

    You need to change utf8_general_ci in the DB. Before that please take a your current DB and after that you can do it.

    @actpro Thank you for your reply. But which one in the DB?
    Please let me know which table and which part?

    Hi @redbazil,

    You need to change utf8_general_ci for wp_posts and wp_postmeta table. Before that please take a your current DB and after that you can do it.
