there is no addon to allow users to “continue” a quiz if they decide to quit halfway through. It’s an interesting idea but comes with a lot of technical issues and limitations, so I doubt this will ever really be an addon.
As for sending results via email, there are two possible solutions for you involving the free Save Results Light addon, or the paid Save Results Pro addon (can be found under HD Quiz – addons).
The best path is up to your specific needs and skillset.
The free and light addon does not send emails and it does not save individual answers. It only saves the quiz taker’s name (if they are a logged in user), the quiz name, the quiz score, and if they passed or failed. If this is the only data you need, then you (if you are not a coder, you can hire someone to modify it for you) could easily modify it to also send you an email once the result has been stored.
The pro version however is much more powerful and not only stores the results but also saves the individual answers for each question among other data. You can also add a custom form to the start or end of the quiz where you can ask for the quiz taker’s name and email or anything else, and you can also automatically send the results via email to both you and the quiz taker if you want.
