Save and display user answers on frontend even after page refresh

Hi everyone! I’m building an online course web site and I want to add quiz-like questions on my lesson pages. Lets say I have a radio button question with 4 possible answers to choose from. I know that when user answers a question there is a possibility to show him the right answer. But is there a way to make it so that this answer will be always displayed for my student when he is logged in?
