Satisfied with the plugin, but not with the results

  • This plugin makes setting up a smart shopping campaign on Google easy. It integrates nicely with Woocommerce. Support has been helpful.

    The results have been rather disappointing, though. Although the dashboard and Kliken’s mails suggest my campaign is highly profitable, it’s not. Far from it.

    For a budget of $ 150,-, we only sold 2 products in the past month. Another sale was from an existing customer. The fourth “sale” was a product that we haven’t sold at all. I wonder how this product got registered as sale.

    I’m willing to try the service for a couple of months to see if the results improve.

    Without knowing your account info, I don’t have a way to look up your campaign to see why that could possibly be happening. I would recommend contacting our support team. They would be able to take a look at your campaign to see what is going on in regards to the sales. They may even be able to recommend ways to optimize your campaign even more.
