Sandbox Stripe Test Failed

  • I have set up a membership level and tested it with these settings:
    Stripe
    Sandbox
    Test Api Keys
    Show billing: No (no boxes ticked on Stripe for CVC or postcode verification. Don’t see an address verification box)
    Force SSL: Yes
    SSL Seal: copied from GoDaddy where it is installed with Site Lock.
    HTTPS: Unchecked
    Webhook: noted and added to Stripe account and tested (test confirmation sent message)

    On the actually checkout page I have to click- I agree to terms of service

    Then complete card box (godaddy ssl seal shows).
    Test fails with: Please complete all required fields

    Regardless of what I do..Tested in Sandbox with Stripe card numbers; tested live (with live api keys) and using my card. Nothing…

    Suggestions please!

    I removed the necessity of the terms of service tick box and the result still the same.

    Test fails with: Please complete all required fields

    This comes up with Stripe if there is a JavaScript error on the checkout page. Are you using the latest version of the plugin? We fixed some things with this recently. Otherwise, can you share a link to your checkout page?
