    what is better, to have a sandbox.paypal.com account for the test mode or a developer.paypal.com account.

    There is a long time difference? are that places two ways of create a test mode? it is sandbox.paypal.com the new paypal test mode?

    You will create a sandbox account from developer.paypal.com

    sandbox.paypal.com is where you go to process a test payment

    developer.paypal.com is where you go to create test accounts to use with sandbox.paypal.com
