Sandbox option disapeared + Mercado Envíos tracking.

Hello,
the sandbox option is no available anymore, hence I can’t do tests, I have to purchase and refund money which is annoying, there’s nothing about it in the changelogs…Also, how can the customer see its tracking number, I didn’t receive anything via email in my tests, should I send the number manually?
