    Security header not valid means that the API credentials you provided are incorrect.

    Make sure you’ve got the correct values for the username, password, and signature filled into the sandbox fields in the settings, and double check that sandbox mode is enabled. Sometimes people run into this because they’ve entered their live account credentials into the sandbox fields, for example.

    That error always means those credentials are incorrect, though, one way or another.
