Sandbox mode cards?

  • I put moneris in sandbox mode and I am using the cards from here https://developer.moneris.com/en/More/Testing/Testing%20a%20Solution
    and I am not charging anything over $11.00 and am following the guidelines for the cent value being the errors you get however I get a cvd_info error, there is nothing on the moneris testing documentation about what I put for cvd or date. Anyone have and idea how to get sandbox mode to work without this error.

  • Hi kitsonanders – did you ever find a resolve for this? I’m testing as well with Moneris and getting the same error. I’ve found many others with the same issue but can’t find a solution.

    We are having the same problem and spent countless hours on the phone with Moneris who told us that it is a WooCommerce plugin, not on their end.

    Anyone find a solution yet?

    I ran a transaction with sandbox option removed and it works. So the issue is with the sandbox mode in the plugin I believe.

    I’m having the same issue as well. Any resolution?

    I never got one, no.
