Hello if I edit the CSV file and import and update the order it sends the e-mail to the customer, whereas if I do this with a note to the customer it does not send the e-mail.
    What am I doing wrong?
    The column I use: order_notes

    Hi @francesguid,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

By default, our plugin suppresses WooCommerce email notifications for status changes during the import process. However, we have noticed that third-party plugins used to set custom order statuses might conflict and inadvertently trigger status change emails.

To troubleshoot this issue, could you please confirm if you are using the latest version of our plugin? Additionally, if you have any third-party plugins installed that modify or customize order statuses on your site, could you temporarily disable them and attempt the import process again to see if the issue persists?
