    I just wanted to get the word out that we are holding a MeetUp in SD just for designers. https://www.meetup.com/WordPress-San-Diego/events/24132751/ This particular event will cover all the essential elements of a WP theme as well as go into designing considerations for theme frameworks. The cost is $5 per person to cover some snacks and drinks. Any excess funds go to the WordPress foundation.

    My name is Luke Pilon, I represent a development and media firm, Mobiah Inc. We make lots of stuff with WordPress and offer a few different free & commercial plugins: GeoPosty, MobilePosty & DynaPosty to the WordPress audience. Occasionally we speak or sponsor a WordCamp. We recently we’re asked to take over this meetup so we’re trying to do our part to keep the community in SD growing.
