Sample not free!

    Hi Guys,

    The problem. I have products and under €50,- i always ask delivery costs. But i want the samples to be free. But it doesnt work. When a custommer ads a sample, it calculates €8,95 deilvery costs at all time.
    So i created a free shipping class, and put the shipping class in the plugin as in the product. But no succes again. Still calculating delivery costst.

    I im trying to solve this for weeks, but i get 0 support.

    Thanks for reaching out to us and apologies for the inconvenience.

    Yes, currently our plugin does not exclude the sample product prices.

    So, there is one solution is that you can set the sample price to 0 or add the condition value including sample approx. price to make it partially work.
