same_height_as=”html” doesn’t show page entirely

I tried setting up same_height_as=”html” as well as same_height_as=”body”. They work to an extent — there is still some scrolling needed to see the last ~10% of the page. And if I disable scrolling to hide scrollbars, scrolling is not possible on mobile devices. So I had to re-enable the unsightly scrollbars, but I would like to ideally load the entire page so I don’t have to scroll.
