Same tags for every post when it’s not suppose to be

Hey, I’m not sure when this problem first started, but I just noticed it a few days ago. Whatever the tags are on the top post on the blog (the latest post) every post underneath it will have those same tags on the main page unless you click the title and open the post. I say the top post because when you go to the next page the tags are the exact same as the post at the top. Check the blog to see what I mean https://www.gettingspotted.com .

I’ve tried to resolve it myself, but have been unsuccessful. This is my company’s blog, so I’m trying to resolve it asap before my boss discovers it. Please help.
