same shortcode, two different results

I’m using the same shortcode in widgets on two different sidebars [onclick-show-popup group="1"] but they give totally different results. For one, it’s square, the overlay is white and title is black. The other has a black overlay, border-radius, and white title. What is the difference?

Also, there seems to be some kind of plugin incompatability, because the plugin delays my page load time. From P3 Profiler it takes 23% of my plugin runtime (I have 25 plugins) –
