Same reviews for all products

Do you use a review shortcode on the product page? Please share some product page URLs where I can see the issue, I will help you check this on your site.

Hi I have the same issue. Also after the update, I am no longer able to load all reviews on product pages. Please see products link below:

I am using this shortcode on product pages(have always used without a problem):

[cusrev_all_reviews sort=”DESC” sort_by=”date” per_page=”10″ number=”-1″ show_media=”false” show_summary_bar=”true” show_products=”true” categories=”” product_tags=”” products=”current” shop_reviews=”true” number_shop_reviews=”-1″ inactive_products=”false” show_replies=”true” show_more=”5″ min_chars=”0″ avatars=”initials” users=”all” add_review=”false”]

UPDATE: I have rolled back to an older version and problem is now fixed. I will wait for a future update to try again, otherwise will keep this old one.

Good morning, I have created a staging site to reproduce the bug. The shortcode I used is [cusrev_all_reviews show_replies=”true” add_review=”true”]. The product pages are:

I can see the issue on your staging site. Can you please deactivate all plugins except CusRev, WooCommerce and switch to a WordPress theme and check the issue again?

I have deactivated all the plugins, except for the following (because deactivating them caused errors in WordPress):

• Advanced Custom Fields PRO
• WooCommerce
• WooCommerce Back In Stock Notifications
• WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency
• WooCommerce PayPal Payments
• WooCommerce Smart Coupons
• WPML Multilingual CMS
• WPML SEO
• WPML String Translation

Let me know if I need to deactivate these.

By “WordPress theme,” do you mean I need to deactivate the child theme and keep the parent theme active?

The plugin CusRev now seems to be working correctly (even if I reactivate all the plugins I had deactivated).
