    Hello,

This morning I installed Anti-Spam by CleanTalk on our development site and got an access key automatically.

Now, I am trying to install the plugin on our live site. But, it says “Error: There is no access to add a new service.”

    Thank you.

    Hi @mfulham,

    Thanks for the great question!

You have to put the option ‘Policy about adding new sites without authorization’ on in the account Profile,
    https://cleantalk.org/my/profile#profile_options

In this way, API allows adding a new site from third-party sources.

    Does it work for you?

    Hi @shagimuratov ,

Yes, this worked. Thank you for your help!

Now that I have added both sites, should I change ‘Policy about adding new sites without authorization’ back to ‘Off’?

    It’s up to you, @mfulham.

Generally yes, it’s more advisable to keep the option “Off”.

    Thank you.
