  • Hi @chefdante,

Please note that the post ID number should be related to the ‘post number’ of the post in your WP.

You can check the post number by:
? Logging in to your WP dashboard -> Post
? Then click on any post you have.
? See the post ID number in the URL.
    ? example:?https://amazingwebsite.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=46&action=edit

    OR

If you need 2 or more different ratings, we actually created a special shortcode that you can use inside your posts / pages editor.
You just need to specify a unique ID for each rating.

    [ratingwidget_raw id=”your_unique_ID” title=”your_unique_title”]

Let me know if this worked for you.

I am having this issue also even though i have different IDs on each post. See: https://thesoundawards.com/vote/
This issue is inconsistent however, happening on some devices but not others. Please advise asap as we are running a contest.

    Hi

I have the same problem as mentioned above.

    I have tried inserting [ratingwidget_raw id=”your_unique_ID” title=”your_unique_title”] as suggested

eg [ratingwidget_raw id=”101″ title=”jason”] and now I just have little icons appearing everywhere

I am trying to use this plugin for a photo competition

    PLEASE HELP

    Hi @cemele,

I have checked your website and the ratings seems to be working well. I was able to vote on 2 different posts too.
(OT: what you did with your rating is a great idea. Thumbs up!)

    Hi @thedigiscrapper,

That’s weird. Can I confirm if you have set different raw id’s for every rating you have in your website?
