Same products in an Order with just 1 price

    hi dear support. in WC 3.8.1 i see that 3 orders for failing in the payment and make order in 2 or 3 times (user try to reach payment gateway) an important issue shown !!
    story //////////////
    1- in Normal way if A Customer > Add to cart > a product in the cart twice / or change the quantity it will be shown #productname x 2(qty) = total
    2- But I see A same Product ID Repeated Twice (in 2 Rows of Products) in an Order !!!
    3- The Customer Paid just 1 Product But Received 2 of them !!!
    4- this happen just for 2/3 persons and Im actually having trouble with it .
    So Why ?

  • hello @mansoorf , I think there may be any plugin or theme which is modifying the default working of the woo-commerce.That’s why it is happening.Please check this issue after deactivating.

    Is this related to old theme functions with old woocommerce file (not compatible with new wc plugin version ) ?

    You can check it by deactivating all the plugin except the Woocommerce and try the issue by activating all the plugin one by one then I am sure that you will be able to find the conflicting plugin. Otherwise, you can install the health and troubleshooting plugin to do the same.
