  • Me, too! Been waiting for over a week for a response…

    Thank you!

    @ricoathome

    Have you tried this? It is not working for any of the sites I’m having problems with:

    Howto: Restore a WordPress blog from Backup using All in One WP Migration

    I think this should be listed on the WordPress Plugin page for something to try.

    Please let us know if you have any luck.

    Thanks.

    I tried to use the backup function from All in one as requested. The outcome was the same…..it is not (yet) working.
    Tried to use the latest version of all in one migration 5.45 as well. No luck either.

    I decided to try using the plugin in a local WordPress installation and had NO PROBLEMS at all!

    Last week, my site and several others were down for almost an entire day due to a system problem. So, it seems that the problem is my hosting service and I’m about to deal with them.

    I wanted to post this to see if anyone else wants to try and if you get the same results.

    I use InstantWP (small program) and I even use it on a USB drive.

    Hi Ricoathome and GoddessNYC,

    I am sorry for the inconvenience.
    What are your ticket numbers?

    I just want to say that Pim goes beyond the scope of being helpful! It turns out that the issues we were having were with a Jetpack update conflict and a hosting issue.

    Thank you so much, again, Pim!

    Not a problem at all, GoddessNYC.
    I am glad you were able to figure out what the issue was from.

    The problem still exists dor me.

    On my site, I have not/never installed the JetPack plugin so this could not cause the problem.

    Similar to GoddessNYC, I am moving my site to another hosting company.

    The only difference between those hosting companies is the version of MySQL/PHP

    Old hoster: MySQL 5.6.30 and PHP 5.6.23
    Nw hoster: MySQL 5.6.20 and PHP 5.5.31

    Could it have to do something to do with these differences?

    Hi Ricoathome,

    What is your ticket number?
    I would like to follow up with you on there.

    I dont’t have a ticketnumber.

    @ricoathome

    I suggest you check to see if you have plugin conflicts. I’m done with Jetpack because every time they make an update, all of the sites I have and manage experience problems. I am convinced that Jetpack conflicts with All In One Migration AND All In One Security, as the sites I manage that do not have Jetpack have no issues.

    While I appreciate your frustration, Manners are important, especially when someone offers assistance and for FREE. Please and thank you are always important.

    Thank you so much for the information provided about the incompatible plugins.
    Jetpack and All In One WP Security & Firewall are on the list – https://help.servmask.com/knowledgebase/incompatible-plugins/ and I am sorry once again for any inconvenience our plugin has caused.
