I’ve the zip-file 3 times downloaded and extract. No style.css and no header.php. Where are the files? I want to buy the theme, but I can not test the lite-version.

    Same response (see below):

This is not a problem with the theme itself. I have both the style.css and header.php file when I download the theme. Please see the screencast below which shows exactly what I’ve done. You’ll see that these files appear in the zip file. (Takes a while for the zip to open in the screencast).

    As some solutions try these:

    1. Have you tried installing the theme from the WP admin area?
    2. Do you have a similar issue for other themes you try and download?

I’ll be on hand to help.

    Thanks,

The latest version of the theme has been approved, however has not yet gone live. Please can you try downloading this and see if you get the same problem:

    UPDATE:

The Theme Review team has just made a change which should fix the issue. Please can you try downloading again from the download page and see if you still get the issue.

    Thanks,

So do you still have the problem? Please clarify? I’ll close the topic in 1 hour if I don’t hear back. I’ll assume the issue is fixed as per your previous message.
