Same problem again, different server and blog

I’m having the same problem that I had here a couple days ago. It took me three clean installs to get things straight…and even then, I didn’t know what happened. I’m wondering if anybody has a clue as to what’s going on here.

Basically, the full dashboard isn’t there. And the sample page looks terrible, all aligned to the left…no nift blue header. Just white white white…

So, any help would be appreciated. In the meantime, I’m just going to install in over and over again until it works.
