Same post on multiple wordpress sites and newsletter

Hello all,
all these days i was using joomla and moved to wordpress for a particular reason,
I have to make three different layout websites with the same content, its a video lessons site basically. so my need is from one place i want to create posts and this post has to be posted on all the three wordpress site and also “iContact” newsletter.. so if there are any plugins available?
