Same Poll On Each Page, Different Data

  • I have a site with many pages published on the same custom post type. I’d like to have the same poll on every page, but different results for each page.

    It would be something like:
    site.com/movie/1
    site.com/movie/2
    site.com/movie/3

    The poll for each would be: “Rate this movie:” And the answers are “Good” or “Bad”. The results should be different for each page.

    Can I make this poll at the template level? Or do I need a new poll embedded in the content of each page?
