I’ve written a few blog entries, but noticed that if the entry is more than a few lines and it says “Continue reading”, I get a Not Found error when I click on the link.
Do blogs for basic members only allow a few lines or is it a dreaded BUG!

  • If your changes are not showing up, that might be a caching issue – it looks like you have W3TC:

Good call @wpyogi. I saw that earlier but put it out of my mind for some reason. ??

The last two times, when I had a reply, when I hit Post, the different things it does at the bottom left of the screen before it puts my reply as the next thing in line didn’t happen. The stuff in the box disappeared, but it didn’t show up at the bottom of the entries….I dunno WHAT happens!

I put the exact words Below the Header in that space and when I hit enter, it showed up in that box at the top. I then went down to the bottom of the list of menu items and hit enter there too, and then reloaded the site, but the items are still in the same position as before. Is ANYTHING I say making sense???

LOL – I’m not sure that’s THE problem or the only problem here, but that plugin seems to cause a fair amount of grief from what I’ve seen around these forums.

Thanks for all your help, everyone and especially James.

Yeah, the forums do that sometimes – just refresh your browser.

Did you see my post above about the caching plugin? Turn it off.

If any of you are still monitoring this, I started over from scratch on the menu and it worked the way I wanted it to!!!

    Awesome! Good job!
