Same page layout for different blogs?

  • I want to give some blog writers an article of mine with some pictures.I want them to be able to copy and paste a code so they can easily put my article to their blog.

    If i write the article on wordpress and send them its html can different blogs such as blogger etc copy paste and have the same page layout and other properties.

    If not how can i manage this?
