    Hi Support,

    We have received two orders processed in different dates (July 22 and July 24) with the same order number. Upon checking on backend, only the recent order (July 24) bearing the duplicated order number can be found and the other order made on July 22 is not visible.

    Do you think this is some sort of bug/glitch from Woocommerce? Kindly explain how this issue happens.

    Hi @gelliewebee,

    That’s strange! Each order in WooCommerce is given a unique Order ID and this sounds more like being caused by a conflict with your theme or another plugin.

    To see if you can replicate the issue please set up a staging site with the same configuration as your live site, creating dummy orders for testing purposes and performing a conflict test following this guide:

    Did you receive the payment for the order made on July 22? Based on what you’re saying the order is not found in the orders admin back-end but can you see it within the _posts table in the database searching by Order ID?
