Same languages across multisite network possible?

When using Polylang with a multisite network – can I have all sites translated into English and Spanish? Or does it only allow one language per sub site?

I ask because I thought you could do that based on reading, but when I install and network activate it, When I add Spanish to the master site, it doesn’t get added across the network. When I go to a subsite and try to add it there, it tells me “Impossible to add language,” i presume because the language already exists in the database because of the parent site….

But then if I can’t add Spanish to each sub site individually, and it’s not a network-wide thing – can I not do that then? Does it only support each sub site with its own individual language?
