Same item creating two lines on the order

  • Hello,

    As the title says I have an issue and I don’t know where it comes from. It happened in a few orders but not all of them.

    As you can see below :
    Issue

    I have the same product ( Liposlim ) but it creates two lines , It should create one Line with “2” on the Qty.

    Please I need help.
