Same height for loop not working?

So I’ve set my loop template and selected it in the posts widget. I’ve set the “same height” setting on. However, the looped templates are not the same height. I can see the area where the loop sits has expanded to match the height of the other, larger loops. But the looped templates don’t fill the area so the posts are not the same height.

Am I doing something wrong?
