• Hi,
First of all, thanks a lot for the lite version of your plugin.
I was trying to use my form in my pages sidebar, and in my homepage sidebar (2 differents sidebar, but same form) using the shortcode [chimpy_lite_form]. Unfortunaltely, it is not showing in the homepage, only in the other pages. In order to make it appear in the homepage, I had to use the Chimpy widget (and not the Text widget with shortcode). Is there a restriction with the shortcode? Can I only use it in one sidebar? And also, is there an easy way to strip your widget of all its CSS, in order to apply the CSS of my theme?

Thanks a lot for your help.

    Hi there,

    1. There is no restriction on usage of short-code and you can use it anywhere on the website, including sidebars. Please check the display condition of the form to see if it is restricted from displaying on the homepage or for conflict with another plugin.

    2. The forms have a set of CSS files included in the plugin and you can edit/replace them with the CSS you would like to use.

Thank you for your answer. Unfortunately, the “display condition” of the form is only available in the Pro version…

Yes. You can also check for conflicts since the plugin does not restrict displaying a form through short-codes anywhere on the site.
