Same form but different receivers.

Hello,

how can I use the same form over and over again but send each form to a different receiver email? Is it possible to integrate it in the shortcode?

I know there is this option: https://contactform7.com/getting-default-values-from-shortcode-attributes/
But it seems it only works if the email-address is part of the form submission. I need to predefine the email in the backend though.
