    Dear support community,

Currently I’m working on a WooCommerce webshop in combination with Elementor Pro with Elementor’s Hello theme.

Now I ran into a problem which I can’t seem to figure out. To make the webshop responsive on mobile and desktop, I make use of Elementor’s ‘responsive’ tab. On the desktop version, I have sidebar where I place the filter. I hide this sidebar on the mobile version.

To be able to filter on the mobile version, I pop the filter above the products archive. In return I hide this filter for desktops.

The problem is that te mobile filter does not show. Is there a way to make this work? I have the feeling it has to do with the fact that there are two filters on a single page.

    Looking forward for a response!

    Kind regards, Daan

    Hi @daan114

Thank you for your interest in the Filter Everything plugin.

See the main issue here is that you are using Elementor PRO but Filter Everything Free, you just need to switch to the PRO version and everything will work correctly)

Answering the question, the free version is displaying only one filter set on the page. So if you want to make it work correctly, you don’t need to hide the widget area, you need to make the styles around it so it will work like a pop-up window in mobile mode.

    Best Regards – Victor
