Same Event ID Received for Many Event Instances + Purchase Event Missing Value P

    Hi there,

    I hope you are well.

    And thank you for your awesome plugin.

    However, recently a number of errors have shown in our Facebook Events manager since enabling ‘server side tracking’.

    These are the errors:

    Error 1 – Same Event ID Received for Many Event Instances
    Error 2 – Purchase Event Missing Value Parameter – affecting 1%
    Warning 1 – Invalid AddToCart Value Parameter – affecting 1%
    Warning 2 – Missing AdvancedEvents User Data Parameters – affecting 27%
    Warning 3 – Missing Purchase User Data Parameters – affecting 2%
    Warning 4 – Missing AddToCart User Data Parameters – affecting 15%

    Note that we have ‘track through AJAX’ enabled because we use WP Rocket caching plugin.

    Notes:

    – We have reset the connection and cleared transients.

    – Tested server side events (purchase and pageview) using the Graph API Explorer but no errors appeared.

    – Turned on logging within Pixel Caffeine. This was turned on for ~1 hour with all successful events but no errors. All were labelled ‘Advanced Events’ or ‘AddToCart’. ~4 orders came through in this time.

    – In addition to the above, weirdly a server side event error came through in the logs about 7 hours after disabling the ‘log all events sent’. The error was labelled, ‘Server Side Event error: Invalid parameter’.

    Any idea why Facebook Events Manager continues to show errors and warnings each day?

    We are using caching plugins: SG Optimizer and Cloudflare.

    Getting similar errors showing:

    InitiateCheckout Event missing some deduplication parameters
... without an event_id parameter cannot be deduplicated.

Purchase Event missing some deduplication parameters
... without an event_id parameter cannot be deduplicated.

Same event ID received for many event instances
You're sending the same event ID for many instances of your AddToCart events....

    Getting similar errors on event_manager

Missing event value and currency for Complete registration event
AdvancedEvents Event Server Sending Invalid Match Key Parameters
AdvancedEvents Event from Server Missing User Agent Parameter
AdvancedEvents Missing event parameters required

    Server side tracking is activated and generates several server side errors

    I’m using WPRocket but I did not implement pixel Caeffeine with “Track through AJAX”

    Pixel caffeine version 2.3.2

    @adespresso do you have any idea ?

    Yes same problem for us too.

    We use cloudflare and have not enabled “track through Ajax” yet. But going on the above it doesn’t sound like this solves the problem…

    hi is there any/update advice on this? We see the following error warnings on all events: –

    “NAMEOFEVENT Event Missing Some Deduplication Parameters”

    No answer from @adespresso

    On my side, I have activated tracking trought ajax and clear wprocket cache.
    Then I ignore all error and warning.
    I was quiet for last 2 days and there 2 errors and 3 warnings
    –>

    Errors : Same Event ID Received for Many Event for add to cart and initiate checkout Instances
Warning : Missing user data settings for Lead, CompleteRegistration, ViewContent events

    In this vidéo, severals error and warning we got are explained !

    @adespresso are you still supporting this plugin as we have noticed that there isn’t any responses to any of the topics raised in this forum as of late.
