Same Domain, but different Nameservers and Cpanel

    I bought new hosting. So I pointed my Nameservers from the Old Host to the New Host.

    My Domain Name is still the same. So I’m trying to move (https://cleangist.com) to (https://cleangist.com), the same Domain Name to the same Domain Name, but to a different Control Panel.

    This Migration is failing, telling me that it cannot see the source site. Here’s the message “

    We are unable to contact the source site. Due to this the migration cannot be completed.

    How can I fix this kind of issue?

    Hey,

    Thank you for your email.

    This issue was occurring because our systems could not reach the source website because you had already changed the Nameservers to the new server. Due to this, any request sent to the source website failed.

    I would recommend migrating the site first and then changing the nameservers to prevent this issue from occurring.

    Please can you add this to the FAQ with clearer instruction? I’m planning to migrate, different host same domain. But digging at https://migrateguru.freshdesk.com/support/home can’t found title related to same domain.
