Same Day Delivery Time slot now wokring

    Hi currently we purchase your Pro Version and we need your help. We really encounter a lot of bugs on time slots so instead of using the custom delivery settings for a timeslot. We just use the general setting on the time slot. But the problem is some of the time slots are already not showing even our cut off same-day delivery is set to 3 pm. Particularly on the 9 am to 3 pm time slot. But when I change the date on the next day. It will show properly and have a charge of next day delivery. Unlike for the same date that is automatically disabled.AS a temporary solution I just activate the “As Soon As Possible” option. But my client really wants to have a 9:00 am to 3 pm option. I also notice that when I try to select all the time slot and delete it. It will give us an error 404 for some reason. So I just select 10 time-slots to be deleted just to work. I also notice sometimes when I try to create a time slot of 9:00 am to 3pm it is also not working properly. it sometimes creates a 9:00 am to 3 am timeslot. I hope you can give us immediate assistance on our issue. Thank you.

    Hi,

    Since you created the ticket on our ticketing system, I have replied there. I have shared a video stating that the timeslots are getting deleted from the backend.

    Regarding same day cut off time, it would be great if you can provide us login information of the site to see the plugin’s setting.
