    Thank you for your message. We are testing your website and we could book the Classic Room also if we have just made a reservation for the same room.
    Could you please give us a more specific example with some date?

    Check-in Date: 21/04/2022 and Check-out Date: 22/04/2022 1 room 1 Adult from the search gives the Eroor of No Rooms Available in the dates requested.

    Thank you, now it is more clear.
    Please, from the Vik Booking Configuration Main Setting parameters, check if you have more than 0 days in the “Days in Advance for bookings”. If you have a different value than 0, it means that a customer will not be able to book a room on the same day.

    Could you please now check from the Type of price settings the “Minimum Hours in Advance” parameter? This parameter might be setup with an X minimum hours in advance.

    I’ve searched for this option for quite some time now without finding it, the “Minimum House In Advance” parameter. Could you guide me as to what tab I’d find it or what section it should be under?

    Hi,
    you can find this parameter from the Vik Booking > Rate Plans > Type of prices > Your type of price > Minimum Hours in Advance.

    Thank you very much, the screenshot helped. It now works after changing the settings to 0 hours as suggested.
