Same configuration on two websites with different results

I have the testimonials slider in two websites. I am using a Genesis theme – the same on both sites. I have the testimonial slider configured exactly the same on both sites. Additionally, they are both on the home page in the same widget slot using the same text widget for the shortcode. I have literally checked everything side by side. They both have two testimonials. On one site the two testimonials are side by side and in a slider. On the second site they are listed one on top of the other. What am I missing? I want them to be side by side. The plugin versions, as well as the themes and WordPress are also the same. I feel like I have checked EVERYTHING, but am still having 2 different results.
