Salt Keys Not Set Correctly

I get the message that the salt keys are not set correctly but clicking the ‘info’ icon gives no real information at all. It says not to store them in the database and not to hard code them.

I have them defined in the wp-config just like all the resources online tell me to do.

So what’s the problem and how do I go about fixing it?
