• We use Salsa Engage/CRM and integrate activity forms in our website from Salsa Engage. Last week (or possibly a little earlier) the step navigation in those embedded salsa forms stopped working. Nothing happens when you click on the “next” button. This is happening on all our Salsa forms now and I cannot figure out why. Pretty sure it’s an issue on the WordPress side because the forms work if I use the direct salsa link to them, but something is going wrong with the code from Salsa on our pages.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Unfortunately, we already reached out to Salsa for support. Below is there response which was not very helpful and indicated I should seek support here.

“In looking at your site, this appears to be an issue with the site host. There have been reports of WordPress not allowing step navigation on website’s their clients websites.
If your website is through WordPress, I recommend reaching out to them to help correct your button navigation issue.”

Since you use a commercial product and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

Commercial products are not supported in these forums.

this appears to be an issue with the site host. … If your website is through WordPress …

www.remarpro.com does not provide hosting for sites, it provides the software for other people to use their own sites on their own hosts.

Thanks. I know wordpress doesn’t provide hosting. I think that message from Salsa was not accurate in using the term “site host” but I will check with our hosting company to be sure.
