Salesforce tab Web-to-Lead is not displayed in the settings.

    i have the same issue. i have gravity forms and gravity forms salesforce add-on enabled but there is no Salesforce Web to Lead option in form settings. how were you able to resolve it?

    go to setting this plugin, click on Salesforce Add-On and show yuo Integration Method Choose the type of connection to Salesforce “Web-to-Lead or Web-to-Case”. Put on botton update options for “Web-to-Lead or Web-to-Case”
