• Hello, We have subscribed to Salesforce Property Base and have set up this plugin on our website. After completing the form no details were transferred over to our Salesforce account. Is there something special I need to do for Property Base?

    This plugin does not include support for anything other than creating new leads via Web to Lead. If PropertyBase supports Web to lead, this will work.

    If it does, please verify the lead isn’t really there – eg, don’t assume that just because it’s not on the “recent leads” screen (that’s a misleading heading – that is recently touched, not recently added) doesn’t mean it’s not there.

    Turn on debugging (see the FAQ) to have SF tell you why a lead is rejected (if that’s happening).
