Sales Tax Plugin

Hello There,

Just wondering what most people are using to help set-up sales tax rules for ecommerce sites. Tax Jar looks good but it’s not tested with the latest version of WP which is what I’m using.

The business location is in NY state so the taxes have to also include a tax exempt for clothing sale purchases of $110 or less in certain counties. I just do not see where to enter this rule with the basic Woo commerce. I’m open for any suggestions. Thanks!
