Sales Tax not working

    Hello I am having trouble figuring out how to make the sales tax add on to the order once the customer enters their address. My shipping is adding on but not the tax. I have the woocommerce shipping & tax plugin installed, I enabled automated taxes.

    Is it not working because I did not enter anything under standard rates for different areas and states? I was under the impression that the sales tax would automatically be added on without me needing to fill anything out, using the plugin. I never did a shop requiring sales tax before and I’m just incredibly confused. I’m sorry, thanks for any help in advance!
