Sales Tax not calculated properly?

Hi, I am using the latest version of Woocommerce however I don’t think the Sales Tax is being calculated properly in the Cart and Checkout.
In Australia the Sales Tax is 10% and my product is $99.
When I add the product to my cart it tells me the tax is $9?! Shouldn’t it be $9.9 ?
I mean %10 of 99 is 9.9 not 9 !
