Sales Tax for one US state shipping address not processing

I watched the video, and read all the documentation I could find. Some of it was confusing, such as one check being true and another one being false, and the real meaning of either not being clear.

None of the dropdowns for the kind of tax, either on the tax rate page in the tax column, or on the tax settings page at the set tax for shipping … field showed any options.

No tax was calculated or added at the cart page.

Any suggestions?

I went to the community support page, but it was down.

All in all, this is a great plugin.
