I haven’t found this issue already posted in these forums.Click on WooCommerce, Settings, Tax tab, Standard option.
I have set up sales tax for the 5 states that require us to collect tax.I used zip code ranges for Florida because they require me to do so.
This has been set up for many months.I had an order July 18, 2013 that is shipped to Florida. The customer entered a zip +4 and the system did not charge them any sales tax even though their zip code falls within the ranges listed.
I believe this is the first time a customer entered a +4 zip code and may be why the system failed to charge them tax.
I’d prefer a maximum 5 digits for the zip code field during checkout but I can’t afford a tweak.
Please fix this immediately. This shouldn’t happen.
