Hello, Our shop collects sales tax in one U.S. State. The state’s cities and zipcodes are imported. Problem is occurring if a customer mistypes a city name or uses an abbreviation (“PK” instead of “Park” for instance.) Is it possible to have the tax be based on the Zip Code field only?

FYI – we are not using the automated services.

    Hello @barkleymovie160,

If I understand you correctly, you want the tax to be calculated based on the country and zip code only.

You can remove all the other fields in your tax class and keep the zip code only, all the other fields like city and state will be ignored.

    Hope this helps!
